A Dream Come True This was our first trip to St. John and the Virgin Islands. From Christine's delicious Welcome dinner on our first night to the last, we were treated like royalty. The views of the National Park were none that we have seen before. Doing yoga every morning overlooking the sea and mountains was incredible. Paradise Found on Ditleff Point Luxury and perfection = Villa Cin Cin!! A 10 star property!! We had the most delightful vacation with our 13 children and grandchildren and hated to leave! Villa Cin Cin is so impressive with its 5 master bedrooms with each having the most comfortable bed ever! 5 of the 7 baths had both an indoor and outdoor shower. Fun under the sensational stars! Each had a private veranda. We were enthralled with the magical sun rises and sunsets from every room! I was in amazement as I kept exploring and finding so many incredible features and even two laundry rooms. The design layout, Restoration Hardware furnishings, beautiful architecture, dazzling infinity pool, hot tub , fun game room and huge outdoor veranda with the bar were some of the outstanding features that we all loved! The attention to every detail was overwhelming! I can't even imagine finding a Villa on St John that even compares! We had a private beach with excellent snorkeling only a short walk away. We stood in the pool overlooking Cruz Bay and watched the kids play on the beach. I really cannot say enough wonderful words about this gorgeous NEW villa! We will definitely be back! The owner, beautiful sweet Christina Fano walked us through the reservation process and was so patient and kind the whole way! We were so appreciative of the delicious hot lasagna dinner she had prepared for us when we arrived! It was just perfect and the right generous portions. Villa Cin Cin is well worth the cost! The owner was very thorough with all the details on the house, the island, jeep rentals, and places to dine. Crystal, the property manager met us at the ferry and led the way to the house which made it very easy. The house is amazing. Cin Cin is the only real luxury villa on St. John. Many villas will say they are luxury, but I promise you that NOTHING compares to Cin Cin. We read about Town and Country Magazine rating, and we decided to stay on land at this spectacular villa for our second week in St. John after a week on our chartered yacht. We have stayed at the Ritz in St. Thomas and homes on Peter Bay over the years but this house blows them all away in terms of luxury, comfort, views, quietness, and sandy beach. This beach has a reef just yards away from the beach. There was not one day where we did not have the beach all to ourselves and saw multiple turtles, spotted eagle rays, and tons of fish. We barely went to the north shore. If you want the best, most exclusive villa close to the restaurants, with the most luxury, Villa Cin Cin is it. The staff gave us privacy and were extremely hospitable. The owners were so attentive from the first moment I called to inquire to the end of our stay. Anniversary Bash What an amazing home and experience! We came here to celebrate our 20th anniversary with our daughter and friends. We even renewed our vows on the upper observation deck with a beautiful sunset backdrop. We have stayed at several villas in St. John over the last few years but this house takes the cake! It was truly amazing inside and out with top of the line everything from furnishings to the game room and outdoor toys. Christine was a pleasure to work with and Erin was on top of everything during our stay to make sure our experience was one of the best. 10/10 would recommend and we can't wait to come back again! Absolutely fabulous! We took a family vacation with our daughter, children, our son, his wife and new baby and our son's in-laws. The accommodation were perfect and had us all our own private spaces with equal luxury in each suite. The views were amazing, the pool was perfect and the patio was so comfortable. We ventured out to some of the beautiful beaches and took a day cruise at Ron's the island. However, we are all so content to stay at the villa! There was no reason to leave! Our family (a group of 11 people) had an outstanding vacation in St. John at the Villa Cin Cin. The villa is located in Ditleff Point, probably the nicest location on the island. St. John Spring Break 2022 14 people: beautiful property in a beautiful place 14 of us, who regularly travel together, stayed at Cin Cin for a week, the youngest guest was 16. The house is just as advertised and is beautiful. The view from the house is gorgeous. The private beach is accessible by walking and the snorkeling in the private beach hours upon arriving yielded turtles, squid, fish etc. The house has everything we needed for meals, it seems they've thought of all the things you might need. Crystal the property manager was available when we had a question. Christine, the owner, the details provided, while there were many, they were helpful to know ahead of time. The pool and hot tub were leveraged a lot. The kids used the game room. We pulled outside tables together and played games (lots of games at Cin Cin) and catered a meal. House was quiet, we didn't hear a neighbor and we never heard the young adults and teenagers. Privacy was great. Streaming NCAA worked great, using the SONOS was easy.
